Breathwork + Sound Bath + Yoga
At Ventura Therapy Collective, we’re deeply committed to this community. We don’t just see clients—we see neighbors, friends, and loved ones. We know that when one person heals, it creates a positive ripple effect, touching families, workplaces, and the broader community.
We understand how much we’re all impacted by the world around us—the weight of the news, the collective stress, and the everyday pressures of life. We blend somatic, grounding, and mindful techniques to help you find real, lasting change—for you and for everyone around you.
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to connect you with your body and release stored stress and emotions. It’s not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about creating space to feel, to process, and to heal. It helps you move out of your head and into your body, where real, lasting change can happen.
Sound bath healing offers a gentle, nonverbal pathway for the nervous system to soften and settle. Through the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, the body is invited into a state of deep rest, where emotional processing and nervous system regulation can naturally unfold. In this space, clients often experience a quieting of internal noise, a release of held tension, and a reconnection to inner resources — making it a powerful complement to therapeutic work.
We’re excited to share that Yoga + Sound Bath is a new offering at Ventura Therapy Collective—created as a gentle, grounding space to support both providers and community members in returning to themselves. This class takes place every Wednesday at 9:00am in the VTC upstairs event room, and blends mindful movement, breath, and deep rest through sound. Yoga helps release tension stored in the body and invites presence, while sound healing supports the nervous system in softening, settling, and integrating. Together, this practice offers a midweek reset—an opportunity to regulate, restore, and leave feeling more connected, steady, and supported.
