This parts-work-informed group supports teens coping with anxiety who want to better understand their feelings and embrace their authentic selves.

Through creative and somatic-based practices, they will explore the different parts of themselves with more curiosity and compassion. This is a safe and supportive space to cultivate more self-acceptance, emotional awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.
