At Ventura Therapy Collective, we believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our bodies, and with the community around us. We also know that the people holding space for others deserve spaces where they can be held, too.
Our Yoga + Sound Bath class is an intentional offering that blends gentle, grounding yoga with a deeply restorative sound bath experience. This practice is designed to support both mental health providers and community members who are seeking nervous system regulation, embodied release, and a moment to breathe.
Yoga helps us reconnect with the body through movement, breath, and presence. Sound bath invites the system to soften even further—supporting the body in settling, integrating, and restoring. Together, this class creates a full-spectrum experience of care: from activation to release, from tension to rest, from doing to simply being.
