Explore OCD

Exploring OCD: An Introductory Therapy Group
This supportive group is designed for individuals who are curious about their experiences with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and looking to better understand the patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that come with it. Through psychoeducation, gentle exposure work, and connection with others who “get it,” participants will begin to explore how OCD shows up in their lives—and how to relate to it with more compassion, awareness, and choice.

The group will offer tools from evidence-based approaches like CBT and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), while also making space for the emotional and relational impact of living with OCD. No diagnosis is required to attend—just a willingness to show up, be curious, and grow.
